*Electrostatic Precipitators need to be added to the system in the event of heavy smoke (open grill) is produced in the working kitchen. The EAC inline solution to kitchen extract grease and smoke with efficiencies of 95% for a single and 99% for a double pass system. The EAC is to be fitted before the fan in a kitchen extract system drawing air in to be treated in three stages.

Generated ozone gas, particularly when produced using industrial methods is considered a partially ionized gas. This process creates a "cold plasma" at room temperature or lower, where electrical energy splits diatomic oxygen into single atoms, which then recombine to form ozone.
